Contact information from enquiries is kept for up to 24 months unless an engagement is formed; engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years for tax and compliance reasons.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, hardened infrastructure, and audit logging on production systems.
